Dr. Jimenez is a 1986 graduate of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. In 1992 and 1993, he completed training and certification in veterinary chiropractic and veterinary acupuncture respectively. Since 1996, Dr Jimenez has devoted over 90% of his time to the treatment of horses and dogs using chiropractic and acupuncture in order to optimize their health, quality of life, and athletic performance.
Dr Jimenez, his wife Karin, & their two sons Ryan and Alex live in Chester County, PA with their dogs, cats, and horses on a farm where they successfully breed and raise Dutch Warmblood show horses.

Lauren graduated from the University of Florida in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree and a major in Equine Science as well as membership in the honorary Agricultural Fraternity Alpha Zeta. She worked at the Veterinary School at UF in both research and field positions, and rode for the equestrian team as well as participating in the Horse Judging Team, traveling and placing in national competitions. Additionally, Lauren was a certified Agricultural Science teacher who taught high school in Florida for several years, and was the advisor for several FFA teams. Lauren has bred warmblood sport horses since the 1980's, and is now the owner/operator of Goldhope Farm (www.GoldhopeFarm.com), which specializes in breeding international quality palomino and buckskin warmblood Sporthorses. Lauren has a lifetime of experience with horses, and has worked for CEHS for over 25 years.
