Dr. and Mrs. Jimenez have met with much success in breeding International Quality Dressage horses and Show Jumpers at their Sporting Chance Farm in Coatesville, PA. They were the recipients of two major awards in 2006; being awarded the "Breeder of the Year" by their parent organization the KWPN-NA, and also in 2006 the Res. CH Breeder of the Year for the USDF. They are multiple breeders of USDF Horse of the Year recipients, most notably of multiple DAD winners and HOY CH. Zulft SCF (Ulft Keur X Silvio 1 Elite Pref), and his half Sister, and High Point Champion of Dressage at Devon in 2007, Wildcard Prov Keur (by Goodtimes). The Jimenez's were also the first American breeders to sell a "jumper bred" colt to the Netherlands where Zenith made it to the very stringent "Second Round Stallion Selections" for the KWPN. Zenith has recently been sold to the Top International and Show jumping family of Michael Whitaker of Great Britain!

Other successes are the awarding of the "Gert van der Veen Award" to Utopia Keur SCF as the Top Ster KWPN filly in America in 2005. During the 2007 Keuring Tour for the KWPN-NA, the Jimenez’s were responsible for the breeding of the TOP Jumper bred foal in America (Carte Blanche SCF (Lupicor X Wildcard Prov Keur)), Zulft who was the Reserve CH Dressage colt and Gelding in the USA, and Carma SCF who was the Res. CH Hunter foal in the USA! These results show that Sporting Chance Farms versatility, having the unprecedented privilege of having one of the top TWO horses in all THREE breeding books of the KWPN-NA in the same year!

SCF's mission is to breed "All Around" beautiful, athletic, well tempered foals of International Quality for Show Jumping and Dressage. They must have three excellent gaits, and also be correct in their conformation. SCF knows how important it is to have top quality mares, and their mares include two Keur mares, a Preferent mare, a Ster mare, and others of top quality and pedigree.

Their impressive bloodlines include Silvio 1 by Sandro, a full sister to the International Show Jumping millionaire and Sensation Judgement ISF, a Goodtimes Prov Keur daughter, a Coriano daughter, and other proven producers like Jolie by Wanroij, herself a DAD winner and dam of many successful DAD winners and performance horses. Nine foals of various breeding were born at SCF in 2007 including foals by UB40, Judgement, Balou du Rouet, Lupicor, Wanroij, Nassau, and Goodtimes etc.

Foals expected in 2020 include WBFSH top 10 sire Balou du Rouet, and Negro.

Many articles have been written about SCF's breeding successes, including Dressage Daily and the Chester County Magazine, County Lines Magazine, and in the "Horse International" released in Europe, and "In de Strengen", the Dutch magazine dedicated to Sport Horses. Many of these articles, and photos of all of the horses, can be seen on the Sporting Chance Farm website.
